Virtual Consultation & Plan
Virtual home staging consultations take place over video call. Afterwards, we follow up with a written custom action plan outlining what needs to be done to prepare your home for sale. The report will cover topics such as decluttering, furniture placement, paint colours, and curb appeal. This service is ideal for homeowners on a tight budget & timeline who are comfortable doing the work themselves but need some guidance on where to start and what to prioritize.
OPTION #2:
Standard Home Staging Solution
In our standard home staging services, our professional home staging team will develop an action plan and implement the recommendations. We bring in furniture and accessories from our inventory to stage your home. We may even rent additional furniture and accessories if necessary, ie .for a fully vacant home. We are responsible for setup and removal. This service is ideal for realtors. It’s also good for investors or homeowners who want to take a hands-off approach to preparing their homes for sale.
OPTION #3:
Premium Home Staging Service
Our home stagers will work together with you, your realtor, and any other stakeholders to develop a strategy for listing your home on the market. Then we implement the plan, including collaborating with your real estate photographer and media production team. We select inventory and even purchase new items within a budget. We install & take down, ensuring your property is always at it's best. This service is ideal for real estate investors and builders / developers who want the highest return on investment, and who want a partner to handle all aspects of staging.

Unfortunately, no, there is no refund/reimbursement prior to the 1 month timeline.

We carry enough inventory to stage multiple homes at a time. Prior to taking on a client, we gather all the necessary details (square footage, # of rooms to stage, type of furniture/decor needed, etc.) to ensure we can take on each staging project.

We will do our best to accommodate your date request, however, if there is overlap with other staging projects we may not be able to guarantee staging on the dates you initially request. We will communicate any issues with date requests at the initial meeting.

Our staff take all necessary precautions to avoid damage to your home when moving furniture and decor in, out and around your home using proper moving techniques and materials. Should there be any damage caused directly by the moving of furniture/decor by our team, we will investigate and make repairs as reasonably necessary.
Should there be any damage to our staging property, it will be the responsibility of the client to pay for the damages following inspection of the damaged items by our team.

We normally require 1-2 days to stage any home. In the initial meeting, we will go over dates that will work for your schedule and do our best to accommodate staging on your preferred dates or suggest alternatives should there be any conflicts.
